About us

Hi, we are Sabrina and Tino

At the beginning of May 2026, we are opening our first gluten-free café, Olivia’s Paradise, at Hauptstraße 9 in Dresden. Ever since our daughter Olivia was diagnosed with celiac disease five years ago, we have lived completely gluten-free as a family. During this time, we realized how difficult it is to eat gluten-free without having to give up little treats.

With Olivia’s Paradise, we want to change exactly that. We want to show that you can still enjoy life. Without restrictions, without compromises, and without missing out. Gluten-free can be just as diverse, delicious, and carefree as any other diet.
