Olivias Paradise – Gluten Free Café
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Olivias Paradise, in particular visits to the café, reservations, group reservations, pre-orders, vouchers, and other offers.
Our offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded when we confirm an order, reservation, group enquiry, or pre-order, or when the service is provided directly on site.
Olivias Paradise is a gluten-free café. We take great care with gluten-free ingredients and processes. Despite the utmost care, we cannot provide a medical guarantee for individual intolerances or allergies. Guests with allergies or special dietary requirements are asked to explicitly inform us before ordering.
The prices shown at the time of ordering apply. All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made on site or, by individual agreement, in cash, by card, or via other payment methods offered.
Reservations are only binding once they have been confirmed by us. We hold reserved tables for a reasonable period of time. If you are running late, please let us know briefly.
We accept group reservations of 8 or more people by email at booking@oliviasparadise. Separate arrangements may apply for groups, such as pre-selection of dishes, deposits, or cancellation deadlines. These will be agreed individually in advance.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge unless a different individual agreement has been made. For group reservations, special openings, catering, or individually prepared orders, cancellation fees may apply if this has been expressly agreed in advance. No-show or cancellation fees should be clearly communicated in advance, as they are only enforceable under certain conditions.
Pre-orders, cakes, larger quantities, or custom-made products are binding once they have been confirmed by us. In the event of short-notice cancellation, costs already incurred may be charged.
Vouchers can be redeemed for goods and services at Olivias Paradise. Cash payment is excluded. Partial redemption is possible if technically and organisationally feasible. Statutory limitation periods apply to vouchers unless otherwise validly agreed on the voucher.
If something is not to your satisfaction, please let us know directly on site. This is the only way we can respond immediately and offer an appropriate solution.
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage.
Bringing and consuming your own food and drinks is not permitted.
We reserve the right to exclude guests from visiting in the event of inappropriate behaviour, disruption of operations, or violation of our rules.
Personal data is processed exclusively for handling reservations, newsletters, enquiries, orders, or legally required processes. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
